Mother-Daughter Summer Pottery Wheel Classes

Summer 2026
June or July sessions, Tuesday evenings 
Marian High School Art room
$175 per person/ $325 for a duo

Students are welcome to attend class with any female role model figure! Aunt, Grandma, Godmother, Older Sister!

Individuals are also welcome to attend.

  • June 4 week Pottery Wheel Class, Tuesdays June 2, 9, 16, 23 from 6:00-8:30pm

7th, 8th and incoming 9th graders
24 spots available
$175.00 per person

Week 1 & 2: Intro to Wheel Throwing
Week 3: Throwing, trimming and finishing pieces
Week 4: Glazing your pottery with 10 different glazing choices

Finished Pottery will be ready to pick up 2 weeks after last class.

  • July 4 week Pottery Wheel Class, Tuesdays July 7, 14, 21, 28 from 6:00-8:30pm

About the Pottery Teachers

Anne Tompsetthas been teaching Pottery Wheel Throwing the last 10 years.  She currently teaches Pottery 1 & 2 at Marian High School
