Your decision to pursue an all-girl, college preparatory high school education is an exciting one. I am delighted you have chosen to explore Marian High School. Situated on a beautiful 40-acre campus in Northwest Omaha, Marian is Nebraska’s only Class A, college-prep school for girls.
Marian is committed to educating the whole girl. Academic, social, physical, and spiritual development is crucial to ensuring our students become the women they were meant to be.
Our curriculum is rigorous and well-defined; it is tailored to the needs and interests of each girl. In addition, Marian offers many leadership opportunities through its extracurricular programs. Whether you are interested in athletics or the arts, there is a place for everyone at Marian. Our comprehensive program prepares our students for college and beyond.
Marian is committed to teaching and living our six core values, which are inspired by our founders, the Servants of Mary. With the foundation of our values—Marian identity, compassion, service, empowerment, spirituality and community—our students embrace our mission as ‘leaders and life-long learners, in a society where their faith and talents will give hope to the world.’
I invite you to find out more about Marian and all it has to offer. Please contact me to schedule a visit to our campus so that you may experience firsthand our wonderful academic, spiritual, athletic, arts and extracurricular programs, and our warm school community. “Do not follow where the path may lead. Go instead where there is no path and leave a trail.” –Muriel Strode
Marian girls blaze a trail as confident LEADERS. In the classroom, they ask questions to challenge themselves and others; in the community, they tutor and mentor, feed the homeless and comfort the sick in an effort to better the world; on the court, they work together as a team to achieve a goal; and on the stage, they showcase their individual and collective talents. LEADERSHIP is second nature to a Marian girl.
