Marian's 10th Annual Middle School Math Contest 

Sponsored by the Family & Friends of Nancy Ricceri Major, Marian Class of 1972 & Past Marian Math Faculty 

Saturday, Feb. 7, 2026

8:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

 

$20 Registration Fee for Parents Sponsors registering a team of up to 4 participants from the same grade

$50 Registration Fee for Teachers registering a school team (up to 4 participants per grade level, if additional participants need to be added beyond these 12, please contact Megan Han at mhan@omahamarian.org directly)

Marian's eighth annual Middle School Math Contest is for girls enrolled in 6th, 7th, or 8th grade. 

Students will take an individual math test, a team test, and do fun large group activities, led by members of Marian's Math Club.

The conclusion of the event will be an awards ceremony with door prizes, presentations by the Math Club President and Marian Administration, and medals for top finishers. 

Parent tours are available for those who want to see the school ahead of the closing ceremony and awards. Tours will be offered from 10:30-11:15 am. To join the tour, please email Recuitment Director Katy Krebs Core '03 at kcore@omahamarian.org.

Marian's spirit wear store the BLUEtique will be open from 11:00-12:30pm on Feb. 8th. 

 

Instructions 

*Plan to arrive by 8:30 for check-in

*All students should bring #2 pencils

*8th grade students should bring a calculator

*Enter through the main entrance

*Detailed information will be sent out to teachers and parents during the week prior to the contest.
