At Marian, we embrace technological innovation in education and are committed to delivering high quality support and solutions for our school community.
The Marian Technology Department oversees a robust and dynamic network computing environment, encompassing more than 300 computers, 700 mobile devices, and over 30,000 feet of data cabling to sustain Marian's expansive 40-acre campus.
1:1 Device Program
Every Marian student is issued an Apple iPad to promote access to research, analysis and collaboration.
In 2013, Marian began integrating the Apple iPad into our classrooms to support students' growth as communicators, thinkers and problem solvers. The iPad supports essential skill areas—complex communication, an understanding of new media, collaboration, creativity and self-directed learning. While it is certainly a dynamic learning tool, it is not replacing the personal relationship between our teachers and their students.

Technology Support
The Technical Aid Resource (TAR) program is Marian’s student-run technology support team. TAR students serve the school community by providing their peers, teachers, and school staff with technology assistance.
TAR students are available in the school's library, the Haddix Academic Center.
