How to send my dual enrollment transcripts
Metropolitan Community College (MCC) and Nebraska Wesleyan University (NWU)
Both Metropolitan Community College and Nebraska Wesleyan University utilize an outside resource (National Student Clearinghouse) for their official transcript request service. Please have your MCC and/or NWU ID #’s or your social security number available before completing this process.
- Visit the National Student Clearinghouse home page
- On this page, scroll down and click on “order transcript."
- On this page, you will indicate the school in which you would like a transcript requested. Type in the school name (Metropolitan Community College or Nebraska Wesleyan University) into the search bar. Schools will automatically populate as you begin typing.
- Once you have selected the school, click “order transcript” at the bottom of the page.
- Complete the information accordingly (this is where you will need your ID #’s or SSN).
- If you are currently enrolled in dual enrollment classes at that college, select to have grades sent at the end of the semester. If you have completed all dual enrollment classes, you can select send now.
- Every request for an official transcript has a small fee; pay the fee and complete the process.
- If you have dual enrollment transcripts at both MCC and NWU, you will need to complete a separate request for each college.
