Faculty Mark Milestone Anniversaries
Faculty Mark Milestone Anniversaries
Susan Rosenlof
Seven faculty and staff members are celebrating milestone anniversaries in the 2024-2025 school year. The combined service of these faculty and staff members totals 95 years.Their continuity and commitment has shaped the hearts and minds of thousands of Marian girls.
Marian prides itself on its exceptional faculty and this year's honorees certainly embody the traditions of excellence, compassion and servant leadership.
According to Dr. Susie Spethman Sullivan '80, "we are really fortunate at Marian to have faculty who've been here for a very long time but also understand the importance of their job and they know how to teach teenage girls."
For theology teacher Kory Delkamiller, who has taught at Marian for 25 years, the students make Marian an exceptional place to teach. "They're focused, they're creative, they've got a lot of spirit. To be here for them, to be a guide, to accompany them on their journey, to help them find their talents and their gifts, and to empower them - that's the reason why I'm here."
Every year faculty/staff anniversaries are recognized during Catholic Schools Week with a Breakfast of Gratitude. This year's celebration was held Wednesday, Jan. 29 and the following faculty/staff were honored.
