Alumnae Showcase Professions at Career Fair

For many alumnae, Marian is where they found what they love to do. Whether it was honing your writing skills on the Network staff with Mrs. K or solving physics equations in Mrs. Genoways' class, these moments are the highlights of many Marian experiences and set a crucial foundation for the careers many alumnae start after graduation.
Marian's third annual Career Fair, held Feb. 25, not only gave juniors and seniors a chance to see what careers are out there but also allows alumnae to share how their Marian experience shaped them into the women they are today. Out of the 46 businesses at this year's Career Fair, 37 were hailing from a number of fields.
Many alumnae look forward to attending the Career Fair. "Seeing Marian's legacy carry on stronger than ever was so rewarding. The ability to give back doesn't compare to what Marian has given me. Marian is transformative and life-changing, even after graduation day," said Ashley Hickson, Mutual of Omaha's Communications Consultant.
For Marian students, the Career Fair is just as rewarding an experience. Getting to know more about professionals' day-to-day career tasks gave them more clarity on jobs that interested them. Thank you to the alumnae who joined us for this year's Career Fair.
Stay tuned for more information on next year's Career Fair.
