Crusader Closet
The Crusader Closet is a resource within the Marian community. Our goal is to ensure that every student, regardless of their circumstances, feels supported and valued. Recognizing that life's challenges can sometimes hinder a student’s ability to focus on their education, this initiative provides items such as nonperishable food, small-batch fresh goods, hygiene products, school supplies, and cleaning supplies.
We are committed to ensuring the well-being of all students, allowing them to focus on their growth and success both inside and outside the classroom. By eliminating barriers that may impact a student’s academic journey, the Crusader Closet upholds the values of compassion, service, and community that are at the heart of Marian.
Closet Logistics and Hours of Operation:
Before/After School The Crusader Closet is open 30 minutes before and after school every day that school is in session. Simply visit the closet, select what you need, and take it with you—no questions asked. We aim to provide a supportive and stigma-free experience for all.
Closet Inventory relies on donations and support from faculty, staff, parents, alumnae, and local businesses, emphasizing that the entire Marian community fosters a culture of compassion.
