8th Grade Practice Exam | Fall 2025

This practice exam is for current 8th-grade girls. 

The 8th Grade Practice Exam will provide an opportunity for students to gain practice on the the High School Placement Test (HSPT®). The official HSPT® will be administered on Jan. 10, 2026, for 8th graders seeking admission to Marian in the fall of 2026.

For the fall practice test, eighth-graders should arrive no later than 2 p.m. with two #2 pencils. No calculator is needed for this test. Please use the main entrance. 

Registration for this practice exam has closed.
There is no cost for the practice exam. 

Testing accommodations are not available for the practice test, but will be offered for the test in January. 

There are no walk-ins for this test; all students must be registered by the deadline.
