Marian Moms
Marian Moms is an organization whose purpose is to deepen the Marian mother’s relationship in the Marian community by becoming better acquainted with the staff, with their daughters, their activities and with each other; to instill pride in Marian and its goals; and to support Marian in every possible way.  Marian dads, grandmothers, godmothers, aunts, sisters and guardians are always welcome.

Marian Moms is getting underway to have another fun-filled successful school year.  Joining Marian Moms is a great  way to meet other Marian parents, serve the school and stay involved in your daughters' school life (without embarrassing her)!  Whether you are a mom, father, grandmother or guardian, we hope you will consider getting involved in this year’s Marian Moms activities.

Here is all you need to do:

  • Fill out and return the Marian Moms Volunteer Survey online.  This year to safe on paper and cost, the Marian Moms placed its volunteer form online for your convenience.  You will find a brief description of each activity and the type of assistance the Marian Moms need to make each event a success.  Feel free to volunteer for more than one event.  The Marian Mom Committee Chair of event for which you expressed interest will notify you of your duty as said event draws near.   Please complete this survey by August 7, 2010.  Click here for a complete list of events and chairs.

  • Attend the September Social on September 20 from 6:30 – 8:30 p.m. in the cafeteria to learn about the volunteer opportunities and committees. There are many different volunteer opportunities that can accommodate anyone's schedule.  This social is a great opportunity to meet new people, network with parents like you, learn about Marian and share the Marian experience with your daughter!

Thank you to all the Marian Moms for making the 2009-2010 school year a success! We appreciate all the hard work you do!

The Home & School Association
The Home & School Association plans events and meetings that create open communication and cooperation between the home and the school.  All families are members of the Home & School Association by virtue of their dues. The smaller group, making up the Home & School Advisory Board, oversees the activities of the Association and meets with the Head of School six times each year.

Thank you to The Home & School Association for making the 2009-2010 school year a success! We appreciate all the hard work you do!

Stay tuned this summer on ways you can get involved for the 2010-2011 school year.
