Fundraising Volunteer Program
The purpose of Marian’s Volunteer Program is to engage parents, families, alums and friends of Marian High School to share their time, talents and treasure to advance the Servite tradition and encompass the charism of the order of the Servants of Mary: devotion to Mary, compassion, service and community. All of these opportunities listed below come to fruition with the help of our volunteers. You are our Most Valuable People and your dedication and involvement keep Marian on top, turning our young women into confident, independent thinking leaders. You are appreciated!

Join a variety of constituents promoting the mission of Marian by fulfilling leadership roles such as class captains & alum ERA chairs. Connect with the Marian community through Phone-A-Thon & other events.

Catalog Ad Sales - May to August
Solicit advertisements for the auction catalog given to sponsors and patrons of MarianFEST.

Catalog Writing - May to August
Write descriptions of items to appear in the catalog, based on information contained in the Aquisition Forms provided by the Silent Auction Aquisition volunteers.

Catalog Distribution - Week before FEST
Deliver catalogs to sponsors and patrons that do not have daughters attending Marian.

Raffle Ticket Sales - July to October
Two levels of participation. 10 Captains run teams of 10 Sellers to sell raffle tickets for the $10,000 grand prize. Solicit buyers, sign raffle letters and track your sales.

Decorations Committee – June-October
Plan decorations to carry out the theme of the event. Work with chair to help develop an assigned space in the school. Provide labor for two days preceding the event.
