• 8:00 a.m. Sign-in, donuts and coffee will be served.
• 8:30 a.m. Parents meet with Mrs. Toohey and various members of Marian’s faculty and staff in Café
• 8:30 a.m. Students meet with Mrs. Woodman, Campus Ministers, Big Sisters Leadership Team and coordinators
• 12:00 p.m. The event will conclude with a student-led prayer service followed by a picnic sponsored by the Home & School Association. Parents whose last names begin with A – M please bring a salad and those with last names beginning with N – Z please bring a dessert.

Please plan on attending the entire morning as we have designed this event to cover everything necessary to you and your daughter’s smooth, exciting, and meaningful beginning at Marian. Each piece of the morning is structured to gain the most out of meeting and knowing the “faces” of Marian.

One of the activities that day calls for a photo of each student. Students, sometime between now and August 6th, we ask you to please send us a recent photo yourself. Please e-mail this photo to sgenow@marian.creighton.edu. We would prefer it to be e-mailed but if you need to send it through the mail, please send it to Mrs. Sharon Genoways, Marian High School, 7400 Military Ave., Omaha, NE 68134. If you mail it, please be sure to include your first and last name on the back of the photo. It is extremely important that we receive these photos by August 6th. Due to time constraints, no photos will be accepted after that time.
