- Marian has been twice recognized as a Blue Ribbon School of Academic Excellence by the U.S. Department of Education.
- Members of the of Class of 2007 were accepted to more than 140 colleges and universities across the country including American University, Boston College, Carnegie Mellon University, Georgetown University, Standford University, Tufts University, and Vanderbilt University.
- Marian has been a North Central Accredited college preparatory high school for almost two decades.

- The National Merit Scholarship Competition has recognized 142 Marian scholars/students since 1982. This honor is earned by less than one percent of the nation’s high school seniors.
- Marian has been recognized for outstanding proficiency on the American High School Mathematics Examination.
- The Class of 2007 received more than $7.9 million in scholarships to public and private colleges and universities. In addition, all 165 graduates are continuing their education after graduation.
- In collaboration with the Creighton University Institute for Latin American Concern, more than a dozen Marian students and teachers traveled to the Dominican Republic for the second year in a row to participate in a service/immersion trip.
- Marian won the first ever Nebraska School Activities Association (NSAA) All-Activities Award in the Girls Division of Class A for the 2006-2007 school year! The NSAA All-Activities Award recognizes high schools having the most successful interscholastic activities programs in the state for the year. This award is a strong statement of the quality of Marian's activities programs and sets a high standard for this first annual All-Activities School Award.
